Limoges, ON — The Nation Municipality is pleased to announce that Phase 2A of Innovation Park in Limoges is now available for development. Mayor Francis Brière and members of the Municipality’s administrative team recently gathered on site to mark this important milestone for the community’s continued economic growth.
Phase 1 of the industrial park has proven to be a strong driver of local development, with 16 businesses now established and contributing to a growing, dynamic business community in the region.
Phase 2 introduces new opportunities for growth, with development planned in subphases to meet market demand. Phase 2A is now available and offers approximately 42 acres of industrial land ready for development, with flexible lot sizes to accommodate a range of project needs. The site is zoned for industrial use and features key infrastructure and servicing options to support a wide range of commercial and light industrial projects.
Strategically located near Highway 417, Innovation Park provides direct access to Ottawa, Montreal, and major transportation corridors, positioning businesses at the center of opportunity.
