Current Development

The Innovation Park is currently open for development through Phase 2A, which offers approximately 42 acres of prime industrial land ready for development. Additional phases will be released as demand grows.

All land purchases are subject to a minimum purchase area of 2 acres. Parcel boundaries are flexible and can be tailored to each project’s requirements, operational needs, and investment scale.
