Water and Wastewater

The Water and Wastewater Department is responsible for providing safe drinking water and ensuring the effective and environmentally responsible management of wastewater.

Municipal water services are provided to the villages of Limoges and St-Isidore. The water system includes a treatment plant, 2 re-chlorination stations, and an extensive distribution network designed to meet the needs of the community.

Municipal wastewater services are provided to the villages of Limoges, St-Albert, St-Bernardin, Fournier, and St-Isidore. Wastewater infrastructure operated and maintained by the department includes 15 sanitary pumping stations, 2 lagoons, 2 septic fields, and 1 wastewater treatment facility.

Through the operation and maintenance of this infrastructure, the department supports public health, environmental protection, and reliable service delivery for the community.
