The process to obtain a Zoning By-Law Amendment can take up to 90 days to complete, after we receive your completed application including any supporting studies. The level of complexity and issues related to your proposal will affect this timeline.
Public Meeting and Application Notices
Public Meetings for Zoning By-law Amendment applications are held at Town Hall and are open to the public. Any person may participate in the public meeting, either in person or by submitting written comments, and may speak in support of or in opposition to the proposal.
