Swimming Pools

A permit is required for the installation of a new pool or the replacement of an existing pool, including both above-ground and in-ground pools. The permit ensures that the pool enclosure and fencing meet safety requirements and that the installation complies with municipal regulations.

Hot tubs, spas, and temporary swimming pools do not require a permit.
