Entrances

Culverts are an important part of our road system’s drainage infrastructure. Entrance culverts, such as road culverts, help ensure proper drainage alongside our roads by managing water flow through ditches. When roads are properly drained, water is prevented from accumulating in the road base, which helps avoid long-term issues such as pothole formation, cracking, surface irregularities, and general deterioration.

Entrance Permits

Property owners wishing to replace or install a culvert must submit an application to the Municipality. The Public Works Department will review the request to ensure it meets municipal standards and site conditions. Approval may include specific requirements for installation, inspection, and materials.
