The Nation Municipality’s winter parking program runs from November 15, 2026, to April 1, 2027. During this period, overnight roadside parking is permitted unless a parking ban is in effect.
Planning to park on the roadside overnight? Check our website after 4 p.m. to see if a parking ban is in effect. If the red banner appears at the bottom of the website, roadside parking is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
IMPORTANT: A parking ban may be issued to allow for road maintenance, even when no winter weather is forecast overnight.
Don't have enough parking space in your driveway? Designated alternate parking areas are available.
