Payment Options

Online payments through financial institutions for invoices other than tax and utility bills are accepted only through Tangerine Bank, Desjardins, and TD Canada Trust.

Steps to Follow

1. Add a payee/vendor in your online banking portal.
2. Search for “The Nation Municipality” and select “Invoice/Miscellaneous”.
3. Enter your Customer ID.
4. Submit your payment through your financial institution.

Please note that payments are processed by your financial institution and may take several business days to be received by the Municipality.

If you are unable to locate the payee or complete the payment, please contact your financial institution directly for assistance.

Payments may be made in person by cash, debit, or cheque at either municipal office.

After-Hours Drop Box

Payments may be deposited in the after-hours drop boxes located at both municipal offices.

Cheques must have the Customer ID and Invoice number written on the front, and be placed in an envelope along with the payment stub.
